Priced up a 20Kg shipment from Portugal to Australia. Was quoted $376 online, paid and money was debited from Credit Card. A few days afterwards, was debited $1,443 for the same shipment. Total: $1820. No email, phone or text before charges were made . Shipment still not arrived and just was charged $70 fo quarantine charges. Still no shipment. You can't speak to anyone and anyone you can speak to pass the buck, can't answer or can't do something. Avoid UPS at all costs.
