Avoid UPS if you can!
Parcels with face masks delivered by UPS's will encounter heavy duty. £34 for a parcel with 60-70 face masks. The brokerage charges is £11.50, what a joke.
PS. Those masks were sent to my daughter, who is a doctor who is helping patients and fighting hard against the Covid-19. Hospitals are short of PPE including face masks at the moment. Making money by taking advantage of the pandemic, not a decent company.
