A week later and UPS still refuse to log a complaint and still refuse to find my items they delivered to the wrong address.
They keep telling me to fill out countless forms and phone countless people.
The shipper won’t reply and UPS refuse to do anything about their mistake.
They are liars, scammers and thieves!!
