Awful service.
They destroyed a parcel I had sent to a customer. Spent ages trying to resolve and just said the parcel was insufficiently packed and the outside of the package was not damaged.
The parcel was sufficiently packed, the whole box had been crushed under something heavy and the box had split on all sides due to this.
They refused to compensate.
Avoid UPS at all costs.
