Totally disappointed. My piano arrived after a big delay - totally destroyed.
The opinion of authorized service (which I asked about opinion) says "Beyond Economical Repair".
Hit me rudeness and lack of any sense of professionalism of courier who delivered it. What breaks my heart was - Piano destroyed in several places affecting drastically its sound, quality, esthetic.
Not going to recommend it to any of my friends-musicians
