In the current climate customers need their delivery/courier company to be going that extra mile....tracking of items, helpful customer service staff, efficient updates of where goods are....UPS are none of these. No tracking facility, waited in all day two days in a row to find out at 8.30pm on both days that my parcel wont be arriving. CS staff so unhelpful and arrogant too. Please use DPD or one of the more reputable and efficient carriers as UPS are truly awful.
