Wish I could leave ZERO stars rating.
They sent me a confirmation of delivery time slot, then ignored that slot, didn't offer an explanation or apology.
They then arranged another delivery without asking when I was working.
Left a card with vague instructions on to collect parcel, no address just a business name.
Drove 2 miles there, two miles back at time stated but no parcel there.
Later that evening sent an email saying it was ready for collection.
Cancelled the order and got a refund.
I'll buy from somewhere else.
Abysmal courier service.
