UPS are a shambles! I'm curious to know exactly what has happened to my parcel. It said it was shipped from Shanghai to the uk where I paid import tax.
Then it's been sent to Korea, then back to the UK again.
Eventually yesterday my parcel was scheduled to be delivered before 9pm.. Received an email saying its will be delivered the following day, "today" still nothing. But I did get another nice message, saying it will be delivered "AGAIN" the following day?
Having paid over the odds due to covid-19 I would kind of expect their online tracking service to be alot more accurate than what it is..
Also, their customer service is very lack luster. They will have you waiting for 15mins then just hang up.
