Delivery due, supposed to be next day, tracking confirmed out for delivery.
Then out of the blue sorry we missed you.
But how did they miss me I was waiting at home and they did not call, seen since before from the worst courier companies and it means sorry I can not be bothered.
I have now had to divert my package to my nearest collection shop 2 miles from my home.
Waste of my time and costing me extra money to get my package as I will have to drive 4 mile round trip.
