If your reading this review it’s probably because your waiting for a parcel to be delivered by Ups. Well, be prepared to wait and wait and then wait a little longer.
The item I waited for should have arrived within 1-3 days. 7 days on and I’m still waiting. I’ve contacted their customer services department (with a wait time of 40 minutes), only to find a significant language barrier. This meaning their customer service Department offered no customers service, no explaination, no apology and no idea when to expect my parcel.
I did ask if I could speak with somebody at the depot where my parcel currently is. At which point I was told to expect a phone call within the hour. Surprise, surprise I’m still waiting!!!
