Utterly useless. Tracking non existent, 3 packages in row now been delayed by over 2 days. All were even 'due by 9pm' - I mean, 9PM?? cant you be anymore accurate than that - then the status changes at around 7pm for no apparent reason 'to be delivered the next day by 9pm', meaning you have to sit in for another day and repeat above.
Contacted customer support - even bigger challenge - only to be told they were v busy. Avoid like the plague
