my parcel arrived at the depot 3 weeks ago. Got an email to say i would expect my delivery the next day. 3 weeks later.. STILL NO PARCEL.
UPS van came to the door yesterday to drop my parcel off... nobody was home, but i had left instructions for them to leave it with my neighbour. The driver refused to give him it and took the parcel away back.
i tried to contact UPS to redirect the parcel so it would come to my work. had no joy.
certainly will NOT be using UPS AGAIN!!!
