The worst and annoying delivery service ever.
On 17/07/20 EST time was 12:10, I’m been waiting till 5pm, I called costumer service he said you will get your item by 19:00.
I asked what if I don’t ? it’s guaranty he answered.
I’m been waiting for another 2 hours nothing called again and explained the issue but they cut the phone off three times I called 19:10 they didn’t know what happened and they’ll reschedule delivery for Monday. I can’t be at home that day.
This is seriously ridiculous and I’m so disappointed with this service.
