So after ups had delivered my parcel to the incorrect address, on previous delivery. I had to figure out where it was and pick it up myself.
Now they have delivered a parcel, but the contents which are very expensive have been completely broken, and i'm having to send back to the sender, UPS are probably the laziest and carless shipping company I've ever know.
This whole issue has cost me around £2200 and UPS won't to help at all or assume any responsibility
