Failed to deliver my parcel, failed to find out where it was after 10 days. Their customer support team is terrible - very friendly, but not at all helpful. They will only speak to the shipper, not receiver....because that is really helpful when they say they left the parcel somewhere at the receivers address, but don't know where! UPS offer no tracking, so expect to wait in all day....and hope they actually manage to deliver (after all they are a parcel delivery company, how hard could that be....)
