This company genuinely needs investigated. I've never seen such negligence when it come to customer service. UPS employees actually told me that the trackers doesn't work. The customer service can't contact other departments within the organisation. I paid the import tax and its still telling me I owe money. Its a circus, I'd laugh if it wasn't so serious. I don't actually think they deliver a single parcel on time, actually I think you should just be grateful you get it at all!
