I rank UPS to progress a parcel I was expecting from the USA and that was being sent via UPS. Because it was a ‘small package ‘ as the Customer Service operative described it they had handed it over to an international carrier. He could not tell me who that was and could only say that I should ring my ‘local post office’. As I am in Cheshire UK and as far as I am aware my package is in NY USA I don’t think my post office could help. The Customer Service was atrocious and he could not care less.
