Tracked my parcel in the morning said it was in transit and showed it was near delivery when I tracked again it was only in transit no where near delivery got InTouch with them they told me I said I was on holiday and rearranged delivery which was a lie they said they sent an email to Dewsbury depot and would receive a phone call in 1 hour Never received a call rang again no such E mail had been sent they lied
