“Your promotions seem to be a " bait and switch " type dynamic - i was highly disturbed when customer support. Email returned from real estate relations department and said that they couldn't help me do anything that I would have to call customer service phone number I thanked JD from real estate. Relations department for his speedy reply. And for letting me know that he was unable to help me with my free canvas and fifteen dollar credit offered via email Then come after calling your customer service phone number and speaking to a gal named Claudia. She let me know that. I could not use my $15. Credit with my free canvas promotion, which was actually not free. I was charged $6.97 for this one6 / 20. That was offered to me free and then on top of that have to pay $18 in shipping, where I could not use a $15 credit. To my account that I was offered, so it was all very put a carrot on the stick and lead you into uncertain waters. And pretty much lied to you about a free promotion and a $15 credit, which you can't use. So I was not pleased with that part of your company's marketing It was deceptive and unfair Thank you”
