“The product is fantastic! The problem is how you packaged it! In a flimsy cardboard box with NO packaging! I got it and the corner of my metal print was bent over! The first 2 I ordered were perfect, this last one was really bad.”

“My order which was a gift for my son, which was two separate photos was separated into two packages, he only received one of the photos and the other says still pending & he has not received it yet. Very upsetting. I cannot answer your questions below because there isn’t an option for my issue.”

“Don’t know why I got double prints on several pictures and not all had package of wall mounts. Plus I thought they would have SAWTOOTH already on them for easy hanging like Canvas Prints. Kinda of a pain to have to put mounting brackets on. I’m an old granny. Kinda 😢”
