“I would love to know cost of shipping and all the options before you get to the end! I would probably still order but I hate going step-by-step to get to what was a $24 picture is a $55 picture because of all the added fees.”

“I gave it a "poor" simply because the previous order I made, and paid for, the shipping was only $9 or $10 bucks for a larger print. The "Free" print was almost $18?? Hmmm... I get nothing is free, and expected to pay for shipping, but almost double for a smaller print?? Not right.”

“That was so frustrating… It literally took me three hours to create a simple calendar that should've taken me maybe 20 minutes max… I kept having it saying that the page wasn't found and that it wouldn't let me check out very very frustrating”

“The size to view my photo on your website, once I upload it is very, very small. Anyway to increase my photo to preview before ordering my canvas. Also when I moved to the step about rotating my photo it was automatically off and I had to readjust it. Again, the preview is small and difficult to judge alignment. I did order a canvas, I just hope it turns out good.”

“I live in Guam. Guam is my billing address. To get to the PayPal option I had to put in an incorrect billing address. Guam is not an option in your pull down menu for billing, even though the print is not being shipped here. Guam is a US territory and part of the US postal system (zip 96929). Shipping here is the same as shipping to Hawaii, which is available on your pull down menus. I would use your service more if it was available to me.”
