“My metal print was all bent up. Packaging had no support. ArtPix needs to give you a lesson on how to package correctly.”

“The product was not what I expected. I was wanting my image to be 11 x 14 inch wrapped around a frame. Instead it was an 8 x 10 inch image with a white border. Now it will not work in the frame I had selected for it and I would have to get it matted. I was very disappointed.”

“I haven’t received the order yet as I just placed it, but was wondering if on the wraparound canvas if we could not lose part of the photo in doing so since it’s a three panel picture and would love to not lose part of it in the wraparound”
