“I couldn't change my password even with the link after it was indicated that everyone had to reset their password, so I couldn't log into my account. Also, every time I try to use my debit card on this site it indicates that there is a problem with my card. I have ordered several photos from your company but this was a very frustrating experience, I have had problems with payments before when there is more than enough money in my account. I love your product but the user experience is horrible, it has taken me over 1 hour to order 2 pictures.”
