“I had bought a second car and used various sites to get the best quotes, due to already having a car i had to say I had no NCB even though I had many, which made the qoutes I recieved higher than what I wanted. I then contacted ONE CALL who is my current provider and spoke to LM8 and explained the situation. The lady was very helpful and polite and explained everything clearly to me as we went through the process of getting a qoute for my second car. I was very pleased when she returned with a qoute that was not only cheaper than i had already got, but it was also in a higher band ( fully comp ).
