“The guy JC1 was most helpful, and courteous. He explained the changes through to me and his communication was clear and concise. I had no problems understanding any instructions. JC1 was professional, and yet gave a personal feel to the call, I liked this approach very much. The only downside of the call was the long waiting time approx 14 minutes.
