It made the 'dreaded' phone call so pleasant..normally I really dread speaking to an adviser either I can not understand what is being said or I get confused with all the dribble so to speak that you seem to get, a bit like speaking to a robot! I am very pleased to say this was certainly not the case here. I felt at ease and relaxed as I was able to fully understand everything.
