Ordered my 13 year old sons Xmas present was to arrive last month when it did not I tried to contact them no response I know they are receiving my messages as I get confirmation of received messages to late now told my kid he won't be getting what he had been asking for all year heartless gangsters could have let me know weeks ago the lost order I could have re order do not deal with these no come back take money and run

I bought an o'neal Jersey but it was… I bought an o'neal Jersey but it was too big, so I sent it back for a refund, and ordered a smaller size, I also bought gloves and a balaclava, that was over a week ago now and still no refund, I have messaged 24mx and they say this....."Dear xxxx xxxxxxx, We want to inform you that your return has reached our local return hub. Please note that it will take some additional days for the return to reach our main warehouse. You will receive another email when the return has arrived and processed. Kind regards, Team 24MX/XLMOTO/Sledstore but still no refund, there is no number to call to get my refund. Edited to add, it is now the 15th of December and still no email and no refund of my returned item, thankfully I paid with PayPal, I have now opened a case with PayPal . if you have to buy from 24MX them make sure you use PayPal , as always they will sort this out for you. never again. Edited to add update 18th Dec, PayPal got me a refund, I also got my £3.49 back for postage, as 24MX doesn't pay for return postage like Amazon or other similar online retailers, and finally 24MX, I will never buy from you again, you take too long to deliver, your returns process is rubbish, you charge me to return my item that you then failed to refund me, you don't have any customer services to talk to , your email service gives false information, in a word....Fail.

I bought a v force reed block for a Kx 125 and waited 3 weeks for delivery and was incorrect. Sent it back on the return slip and have waited over 3 weeks and no credit received. They will not answer my e mails Rip off company

I received a malfunctioning mx bikestand so I returned it and left a message about what was wrong with it. They didn't reimburse me what I paid for it, they deducted the return cost. This is not legal but they couldn't care less! Stay away from 24MX!

I'm still awaiting a refund for item a month after returning it. Fobbed off with emails stating it's not arrived in their warehouse yet. Total waste of time. Don't bother with this company

Avoid 24MX at all costs. Truly abysmal customer service. They will do anything to get out of a valid warranty claim, Unfortunately they are not alone in this matter as Leatt the manufacturer of my faulty knee braces are just as bad. Absolutely terrible.

Be very careful buying any bike parts from 24 mx.I’ve had some poor quality high priced parts that don’t fit or are failing wit very little use.24mx customer care are slow to respond and never seem interested to help.I would chose dirt bike express over 24mx be careful buyer

They’re system broke and processed my order three times, I contacted them as soon as I saw to cancel but they still charged me and will now have to take legal action to get my money back

Parcel been order in november 2022 and they don't know where it went. no refund or new parts been send out. do not use them

I ordered a plastic kit for a Honda CRF and they sent the wrong kit even after they accepted it was wrong he still refused to issue a return label and refund. Delaying the matter as much as possible and trying to persuade me to buy some of the bits from the kid. Overall utterly useless customer service and I would advise anybody to stay away from them

Poor comms (non-existent) Very slow, don’t seem to know what they are doing. In a nut shell, I ordered the kit Bag (£104) with custom naming, but they got the name wrong ( don’t ask me how?) I went through a series of hoops to get a RMA no., sent the bag back, arrived with them on the 20th July (signed for by their employee). 2days go by nothing, so I sent an email - apparently they said they had not received it, so anyway this went back and fourth for almost 2 weeks, every time I had to contact them (CS agent ‘tom’ was pretty useless, just giving automated replies and no real answers) Then suddenly no updates and radio silence, so I wrote a formal complaint letter to their top management (31st July), which are the ‘pierce group’ – If you’re going down this route just google them and you can find who they are, just email the CEO’s and sales top management. Strangely the next day (1st Aug) the CS agent replies , “Thank you for your patience. Our claims team has just confirmed that a replacement product will be sent to you.” On the 5th Aug I get an automated email telling me they have now received the item (2 weeks later after I received a proof of delivery from 24MX) – makes no sense. 8th Aug I receive the item. So this whole process took almost a month. In an ideal world a replacement should have been sent say 1-2 days after they received my item, but it seems a massive comm’s fail on 24MX side (left hand does not know what the right hand is doing) Considering this is their fault, they should have been a lot more proactive in sorting this out for keeping customer. 24MX next time you may pee off a bigger customer.

Wanted to cancel immediately after purchase as realised made a mistake. Impossible without emailing, by the time anyone responded the product was apparently 'uncancelable' although the tracking said it had not yet been despatched. Cue many emails back and forth refusing to do anything about it, and a package coming all the way across Europe. Then all my wasted time returning it, only to find they charge me for the privilege! What a joke, do not use them unless you're 100% certain (and other reviews suggest some of the quality of parts is not great).

Ordered swing arm bearings on 02/03/22. Arrived on 15/03/22. Almost two weeks for delivery to the UK. I was not aware 24MX are not based in the UK, web address is misleading, and hence the long delivery times. Parts turned up and were wrong year. Mistakes do happen. Sent back to 24MX, this took another three weeks for them to receive. They have to receive the wrong parts back before sending out the replacements. Now sent out replacement which i received 21/04/22. Again 24MX have sent me the wrong part for a second time. I have emailed several times and no response to this. Even before when trying to get in touch they are very slow to respond. They don't have a telephone number so cannot be contacted this way. Here i am almost two months down the line and no parts and still waiting on a response? If you want something quick this is not the company to use. Will never deal with 24MX again!

Why behave like this? How does it help your business or give you any kind of job satisfaction at all??? Really really bad aftersales service. I will not be using 24mx, ever again.

Checkout states 'Dispatch in 1 day' but does not say that delivery takes 3 weeks. You only find out that the post takes 3 weeks after you have paid. So I emailed immediately after ordering to request cancellation. They sat on the email for two days and then emailed back saying "Thank you for your message! Your parcel has been packed and dispatched from the warehouse" Not really the kind of service that encourages repeat custom.

Sent me a fuel tank that does not seal due to a manufacturing problem and are trying to put it down to the fitting absolute joke. Avoid at all expense better using somewhere in the uk absolute shambles
