“Allan was punctual, professional and tidy. He went above and beyond by fixing our machine and dealing with an extra fault he found. He was quiet and nothing was an issue for him. Highly recommend - thanks again”

“The engineer, Graham Telfer, came promptly this morning, as he said he would, to fix my fridge freezer. He worked conscientiously and professionally and did an efficient and effective job. I am happy with the job that he did--the fridge freezer is now functioning well. Thank you for your help with this matter. Much appreciated Trevor”

“My Zanussi washing machine broke down mid cycle on its first run! Having paid £850 for washing m/c. + fitting into my new kitchen I was less than happy. Neil was punctual,& straight away diagnosed problem. Waste pipe was still blanked off ..... Installer hadn't cut pipe to let water flow. Glad it was so easy to sort!”
