“Excuses about Covid19 and having no support but they have no knowledge as to what the tutor support are doing, if they are doing anything and if they are answering any questions. I submitted 5 questions to the tutor, 2 messages to the company, 1 call which agreed a return call which did not happen and only managed to speak to someone after I had submitted my assignment. I had to add additional information to say that I had submitted the assignment with errors/questions I had that were not answered through 'no communication'. Not sure whether they will take this into consideration. Be aware that they advertise the course as a cost for hardback copy but before you can submit you have to agree to pay £19 for the PDF certificate, which they say is because the course is accredited but is that not what you have paid the course fees for. A creation of a PDF file does not cost £19. The course is easy to follow, but there are contradictions within the explanations and errors in what you see on screen which is not good for a teaching course when you are relying on them to tell you what the correct way is. When you submit questions they also disappear off your screen when you move on so no way of remembering what you are questioning either.”

“I decided to take the Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant qualification as it was on Groupon for £15. I'm very glad I didn't spend any more money on it than that, as it's a scam. I probably should have done a little more research, but it's too late now 😆 The course isn't even a recognised qualification here in the UK. The way the course material is set out isn't very user friendly. They have just copied and pasted pages and pages of info from a book on teaching methodologies, with no bullet points, clarification for which parts are actually useful for the exam and no real guidance. They have also used the term "mental retardation". This term hasn't been used in the UK for decades and is seen as offensive, derogatory and outdated. If I used that term in a job interview, I'd never get accepted! Plus the test at the end is only 40 multiple choice questions, of which you only need to answer 60% correctly to pass and you get to do the exam three times in case you don't pass the first time! Pretty much anyone could pass that. If that doesn't say scam, I don't know what does! Please don't bother.”

“This course is in Spanish. Fo a complete beginner it is impossible to learn this way. You can go as far as vocabulary but then comes grammar and you get lost as the teacher does not even bother to slow down his explanations... Not worth the price. Not happy at all.”

“It's not CPD courses like they claim, and the little material that makes up the course consist of a little bit of writing about every topic, and some of the topics includes a video stolen from Youtube creators. The fact that they spin this as a diploma is embarrassing, and they can't pay me to actually add this on my CV because this is not even comparable to a short course, never mind a "diploma". Don't waste your money, you WILL be disappointed”

“first part of course came up ok and i found it very simple to follow but have been trying for three days to continue coarse and it wont load up....I emailed to ask why this was happening...no response so far.very disappointing.”

“Utter scam. Redeemed a voucher from Wowcher, but received nothing, no login details as promised. Was refused a refund. They just want the money, and don't give two hoots about customer service. Avoid.”

“Waiting refund didnt send certificate paid extra but also issue alpha not certified by cpd they a member but no courses certified so they dont have authority to use cpd logo i have proof today and not by iao either have proof of both i used paypal awaiting resolution not happy please dont use them check cpd official websites and iao”

“Meh is the best thing I can say. I paid for a beginner Spanish course through a online bargin website. I thought it couldn't be that bad. I was wrong. There are no activities. It's completely pointless. There's no way of testing or practising. A complete waste of money even if it wasn't much. So advertising the course at £318 is just completely insane. I wouldnt even do it if it was free. Just save your money and learn through YouTube. Also there are tons of fake reviews here as most of them struggle to say more than 5 words in English. Fishy...”

“If I could give 0 star, I would. I bought the "Interior Design and Home Decorating Course". Do not waste your money on this course. It is nothing more than a poorly written blog. Duplicate content in several units, no real logic in the organisation of the course, not one picture is of good quality (and all are clearly useless to the course itself), some units are created specifically for an American audience, then, for no apparent reason, we jump to a UK audience without warning and the entire program is full of spelling and grammar mistakes. Each subject is just a quick overview and doesn’t go into any detail, you will not learn anything valuable. I could have written this course myself simply copy-pasting Wikipedia. Oh and there is an entire unit telling you which courses you need to take to become an interior designer – Yep, you actually pay for a course on what courses you need to to pay for. You would learn more by reading Home Decorating For Dummies. This course is a total sham, avoid at all costs if you don’t want to waste money.”

“I paid for a course which was full of spelling mistakes. The questions were not always relevant and were clearly not checked over as one had "2014" twice as the answer, when i clicked it I was marked incorrect but when i clicked the exact same answer it was correct. It says "no hidden fees" yet you are expected to pay up to £50 for your certificate. On top of this, I paid £9.99 in advance for my certificate and was then asked to pay again to get a certificate?? Not worth the money.”
