“for over a month ive not been able access my course . 5 x ive contacted customer service with nothing sorted . all you get is it shows your course our end. Well thtas no good if through my login I cant . total waste of money no customer service Ill never use this company again. No customer service look else . ive given them a month to sort it before this review”

“I paid for the hard copy of my certificate and it's been 20 days a go but no update. And in the tracking record showing that it has send back to the sender. “Bought this on Groupon. jumped through hoops to get into the beginners course in spanish. Activted accounrt, registered, redeemed voucher etc, took over an hour to fathom. Eventually gave up. Rubbish.”

“I purchased this course and started but didn't immediately finish, as it was stated I can take the course at my own pace. Guess what? It's an absolute LIE. I came back a few weeks later, and when I tried to take the course, I got told the course had expired and I needed to purchase it again for more than GBP 300. I'd stay away if I was you. I definitely don't recommend the course.”
