“Scam. Avoid at all costs. They support scam companies selling merchandise that claims it has been delivered when it hasn’t. Obviously in on it. They even offer to track the missing parcel if you give them your credit card number and pay a fee!”

“SCAM! Please Beware! Never received anything. This is just a continuation of the scam from the seller. Please make sure that the website is legit and if you are not sure, don't use it. Someone forwarded the site to me and I usually check but was in a hurry and didn't check this time. Do your due diligence EVERY TIME!”

“SCAM SCAM SCAM …..Do not order anything. Your order status will show that it is delivered after a month and when you go to the delivery address, no item was received. Waste of time and more importantly money. Soo disappointed.”

“SCAM. The company I ordered from, Callie.com is first in line for the scam; followed by 17track who continues the scam as the shipping company. It wasn’t an expensive item, it’s the principle involved! I have never had an issue with Amazon. But buyer beware; Amazon is not vetting their vendors thoroughly. Callie.com is an Amazon vendor as well. Disappointed that Amazon is providing a platform for a scamming company.”

“That company 17 track and track 718 are scams. If you used a credit card reporting to your credit card company. Tell them that you're a victim of a scam. They would investigate and you get your money back.”

“My package shows delivered. I have security cameras and this package was never delivered. They are only offering a 30% refund. So no refund had been issued as yet. Do not use or order anything online using this company. I feel it’s a scam. Hard listen learned.”

“Said pkg was del but never rec’d. cust serv useless. Addressed using NC zip code for Iowa delivery. Total scam. I needed to know which courier del in order to find out where the pkg was but this company kept giving me the info I already had and kept saying they were not the shipper and I should contact the shipper. I needed the courier info and the shipper told me to contact 17track. Stay away. Far away from this company.”

“Have tried everything to track my parcel now for about 2 months, but 17track are not helpful at all, they state the tracking number AM102460183CN but now say they don't know it???? What do I do??? Because 17track don't seem to know. Strange!!!!”

“thought i was buying from HSN on A Facebook ad. will never do that again. Been a month and have received nothing. and 17Track was shipper, I guess. Finally tracking said delivered, but I have received nothing. so I suppose I fell for a scam.”

“This is the most shady delivery of so called trucking. I am fighting with 2 companies both based in China for sure. They have false tracking with no specific details as to carrier where, when, what co delivery service is called. Their details will read picked up from process center and next day will say dropped off to next processing centre and by the time it comes supposedly to Canada, there is no further description as to who the carrier is now delivering. THey will insist it was delivered. Fight your cause and threaten to reveal them. Have them investigated and also don't buy on pinterest because that's how they scam u with their little videos but you don't know how parcel will be sent until you get a phony tracking number and too late. Fight and threaten to expose them. They will learn quickly. Still waiting to resolve issues but will expose them if i don't get my refunds. Stick to Amazon by Amazon sales. Karma to these b that think they can screw people over.”
