“They claim to have delivered an order to my house. I live in a gated community and have security cameras in my house. They never entered the community let alone delivered anything to my house. Total scam by 17Track and Vanceone Limited”

I needed to know which courier del in order to find out where the pkg was but this company kept giving me the info I already had and kept saying they were not the shipper and I should contact the shipper. I needed the courier info and the shipper told me to contact 17track. Stay away. Far away from this company.”

“thought i was buying from HSN on A Facebook ad. will never do that again. Been a month and have received nothing. and 17Track was shipper, I guess. Finally tracking said delivered, but I have received nothing. so I suppose I fell for a scam.”
“This is the most shady delivery of so called trucking. I am fighting with 2 companies both based in China for sure.
They have false tracking with no specific details as to carrier where, when, what co delivery service is called. Their details will read picked up from process center and next day will say dropped off to next processing centre and by the time it comes supposedly to Canada, there is no further description as to who the carrier is now delivering. THey will insist it was delivered. Fight your cause and threaten to reveal them. Have them investigated and also don't buy on pinterest because that's how they scam u with their little videos but you don't know how parcel will be sent until you get a phony tracking number and too late. Fight and threaten to expose them.
They will learn quickly.
Still waiting to resolve issues but will expose them if i don't get my refunds. Stick to Amazon by Amazon sales. Karma to these b that think they can screw people over.”

Tracking originally said delivered at 2:37AM, then later changed to 14:37.
CCTV footage checked 1/2 hour before and after that time. NO vehicle or
person appeared. NO package.
Tracking says arrived at my Post Office and sat for 5 days before sending
out for delivery. Yeah, right.
Call your credit card company.”
