“This site is a same scam. With a seller from China. The seller never sent an item and this site letting this site 17 track.. to tracking their status but the tracking number is never exist or invalid. Never ever place an order from facebook you will never get your order but the headache.”

This site is telling me my package was delivered to my home address in Alaska. I live in North Carolina and the provided address is to my home in NC. They tell me I should check with my local PO to see where my package is. And everything they send says it was delivered to Alaska. I have cameras everywhere and this delivery never happened.”

“Apparently, 17Ttrack accepts the retailer’s input that an item is delivered when it was not delivered. According g to 17Track’s statement, they accept data inputted by the retailer of the delivery status and not the actual company delivering the package. If 17Track wants to be legit, they need to be able to validate tracking and delivery via the company actually handling the package.”

Ordered a pair of shoes via an "Australian" website. Got a confirmation email after the transaction from a Chinese-based organisation I had never heard of. Shortly thereafter, the comms around tracking were handled by 17Track.
The comms over the course of the next month told a lovely tale - the order progressed from Wenzhou to Shanghai to Australian customs to Australia Post to....... "Delivered". Alas, after 6 weeks of waiting, no delivery has arrived. I have reached out for assistance and to check the delivery details. Nothing. No response.
I note on other reviews, 17Track have made a point of telling people to reach out to the retailer about the status of their deliveries. However, from the time the "retailer" transfers ownership to the "carrier" it is the carriers responsibility's to ensure safe transit of the items. If the carrier never received the items from the retailer, the carrier shouldn't be commenting on the status of the delivery.
Anyway. Fell for the scam. No one to blame but myself. If you order something online and you see 17Track as the carrier, call your bank and try to get refunded ASAP.”
