“A scam Been waiting for delivery. Unfortunately it doesn’t tell me where it is only that the time changes on the tracker . Been waiting weeks !”

“Said package was delivered on Oct 26 Ask them to track and they send me to Just Answer and want to charge me 1 dollar—read find print and they will charge me a membership fee of $49 a month This company is a scam and works with other scam company Facebook does not vet any company and allows these companies to advertise—they are also part of the problem Solution don’t buy anything on Facebook”

“FAKE. -5 stars, NOT 1 star Tracking originally said delivered at 2:37AM, then later changed to 14:37. CCTV footage checked 1/2 hour before and after that time. NO vehicle or person appeared. NO package. Tracking says arrived at my Post Office and sat for 5 days before sending out for delivery. Yeah, right. Call your credit card company.”

“This site is a same scam. With a seller from China. The seller never sent an item and this site letting this site 17 track.. to tracking their status but the tracking number is never exist or invalid. Never ever place an order from facebook you will never get your order but the headache.”

“Same story as everyone else. Said delivered three weeks ago but it wasn’t. Have cameras and someone is home during the day. Reached out to company and they said to reach out to post office. That’s not how it works people. Fraudulent.”

“SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Order a air fryer on a bargain site order was confirmed and shipped out from Singapore arrived in London customs and was processed by 17TRACK Then 1 month later they sent a confirmation to say it was delivered and gave an address up in Scotland I lived In Devon (South West Country).”

“Total scam !!! This site is telling me my package was delivered to my home address in Alaska. I live in North Carolina and the provided address is to my home in NC. They tell me I should check with my local PO to see where my package is. And everything they send says it was delivered to Alaska. I have cameras everywhere and this delivery never happened.”

“This is clearly a fabricated shipping site that allows scammer sales sites ways to make their scams look authentic. You'll see bogus dates and times and information that will 'look' like something is coming, but it is not. It never will. There is never a product. It's simply a part of a massive money grabbing scam. Someone's getting loaded.”

“Apparently, 17Ttrack accepts the retailer’s input that an item is delivered when it was not delivered. According g to 17Track’s statement, they accept data inputted by the retailer of the delivery status and not the actual company delivering the package. If 17Track wants to be legit, they need to be able to validate tracking and delivery via the company actually handling the package.”

“Awful, horrible, fake, and fraud. Ordered a pair of shoes via an "Australian" website. Got a confirmation email after the transaction from a Chinese-based organisation I had never heard of. Shortly thereafter, the comms around tracking were handled by 17Track. The comms over the course of the next month told a lovely tale - the order progressed from Wenzhou to Shanghai to Australian customs to Australia Post to....... "Delivered". Alas, after 6 weeks of waiting, no delivery has arrived. I have reached out for assistance and to check the delivery details. Nothing. No response. I note on other reviews, 17Track have made a point of telling people to reach out to the retailer about the status of their deliveries. However, from the time the "retailer" transfers ownership to the "carrier" it is the carriers responsibility's to ensure safe transit of the items. If the carrier never received the items from the retailer, the carrier shouldn't be commenting on the status of the delivery. Anyway. Fell for the scam. No one to blame but myself. If you order something online and you see 17Track as the carrier, call your bank and try to get refunded ASAP.”

“Facebook put an add out to buy shoes by Tory Burch via Saks Off Fifth...totally scammed out of $100. Fighting via Citibank to get my money back as nothing was delvered and the website is now totally defunct to contact anyone. This is so wrong to make money off of innocent people.”
