We had so much stuff that I underestimated the amount of furniture they would need to take. There were no hidden fees, and Robert gave me a very gracious quote for the return trip to handle the extra items I had overlooked. Robert returned the following day and handled some heavy furniture and the remaining trash all by himself. If I was a recruiter, I would have offered Robert a job on the spot! Incredibly impressed with the efficient work and pricing integrity. He could have easily inflated the rates due to my own miscalculation of how much furniture needed to be hauled.
