“The employee was great and was extremely helpful which is the only reason why I gave it 2 stars. It cost me over $500 to move one mattress and a couch. I wouldn’t not recommend this service.”
“The gentlemen who picked up my stuff were fantastic. However, the cost was outrageous. I had all my stuff moved out to the garage so I could not send them away. 725.00 to haul away less then a room of furniture. They go by how much of the truck is filled. The truck is pretty small so it does not take much to fill it. Also, the do not stack things in a space saving manner. They also do not tell you there is a 75.00 per man/per hour charge on top to the other price. They were done in under 30 minutes and still got charged 150.00. Wish I had done more research. I could have rented a Uhaul for 50.00. Live and Learn”
“The guys who came did amazing work, but overall I felt the price was well above what we expected. Even knowing the mattress and boxsprings has to be disposed of specially, I still felt it was overpriced. In hindsight I would have gotten several other estimates before getting your quote. It was nice to have it hauled off right then and there, but we could have waited for someone else with a cheaper price. Lesson learned by me.”
“Quick and easy removal, easy scheduling. But much more expensive than prior 800-junk collections about a year ago. Seems a 80 percent jump from previous jobs. Best to quote from other competitors”
“Was not informed that there would be a delay. Had to call 30 minutes before "window" of 2-4pm ended. Told I wuld I would hear back in 2-3 minutes. HAd to call again in 30 minutes only to get voice mail. Truck finally arrived 4:35.”
“The crew was great, they worked hard and did the job. I am very upset with the company. They over book crews so my team showed up over 4 hours latter that expected. The office does not give upfront details of all the charges, they claim the price is based on volume, but this is not true. They charge extra for labor and different items. The fee schedule is crazy. Be careful with this service.”
“While the representatives were polite, communicative and actually really great the price for a couch and chair removal was nearly $500. That is PROHIBITIVELY expensive so I cannot recommend for that reason. Great service- ridiculously high pricing.”
“1- the explanation for how we were going to be chargeed was confusing. They charged for the loading and then added recyling charges for sofa and china cabinet while they were transferred to donation center!!
2-They charged us for two complete load of truck, while the second truck was not completely full.
3- Among the junk items there was a mirror. Apparentely they broke it while carrying to truck. They didn't clean up and left the broken parts on the driveway. Later we saw the shredded glass we had to clean up small pieces of glass after thet left.
4- We were charged almost $2000 for one full truck donated furnitures which based on their own words they were directly transfered to a donation center, and half a truck junk. So either I was over charged or they service is so expensive.”
