They did a good job removing my unwanted furniture when a new crew showed up in the afternoon instead of the original crew who were supposed to arrive in the morning. I was given no notice that the 9:00am to noon arrival window would not be honored. Also note that they are very expensive. The day brfore I had a mover pack, take the wanted furniture to my new home and unpack. The mover's fee for a larger volume of wanted furniture and additional work was materially lower than 1-800-GOT-JUNK's fee for simply removing the smaller volume of unwanted furniture and disposing of it. I also felt pressure from the crew that actually arrived about the added fees for the new crew's time and their rating on the survey, felt mislead about the fees and only accepted the large fee because their very tardy arrival resulted in my having to rush to get to an appointment when they finally finished removing the unwanted furniture and had no time to argue. If money and time are not an issue, then I would recommend using them - they do a good job. However, If they are important, I would recommend looking for another firm to remove your junk.

Can within the appointed time and was very friendly and was able to complete the job to my satisfaction. Final price was much more than original quote, which is fine because they explained all the charges. The only thing that I felt should have been explained better was the meaning of a full truck. I was charged for two full trucks when the first truck that arrived was half full when it arrived. When I questioned it it was explained but it should have been explained earlier and in simpler terms.

I wanted an elliptical removed from my garage. Before the movers came I received a bill for $900. I was lucky I saw the email to dispute it. They kept telling me someone came to my house the day before to clean out. Finally this problem was resolved. Before the movers came I was given a price of $149 minus $33 for a promotion. When the movers came they said there was an extra charge of $169 bringing the total to $285. I told them I refused to pay that for 1 item one person rolled down the driveway. After back and forth on the phone with Jamil the original price of $116 was accepted. The movers, Jamil and Marcus were very nice.

I was told I would get a 33.00 coupon sent to me to use and never got it. Also, pricing is very high. They charge many fees. A job that took 5 minutes cost 427.00. The customer service of the guys who came was excellent. Very nice and professional.

The two men that came to get the junk were great. They were very polite and worked efficiently. What I didn’t like about the process is not knowing an estimated cost before hand. The lads were accommodating and got approval for a more reasonable price (junk was on the driveway and was a 5 minute job). I was originally quoted nearly $300.00. I would have used another service if the guys didn’t work to meet me half way on that pricing.

The two guys were nice and removed my 2 items. However, I was upset to hear that there is a minimum charge of $119! If I would’ve known that, I would have gotten someone else to remove my 2 items.

Your employees were great. The on-site estimate is not fun. The range is not good and I find it very expensive.

Service was great but the service fee was kind of high to me. I understand the supply and demand of this type of service but charging someone $430 to move a sectional and a recliner is kind of steep to me.

The team that was here was fantastic. And deserve a 5. The issue is pricing. 3 items picked up, a mattress, smal couch and a dresser. Price $800.00 dollars. They have lost me as a customer, many local companies that will do the same job at a better price.

Called and got a time frame to when they were going to be at my house. Well the 2 hour window they gave me had come and gone. About 30 minutes after the time they said they would be there I get a call saying they had a full truck and need to go u load it and then it would be another 30-40 minutes to get to me. When they did finally show up one of the gentleman said he was sorry and that he wanted to make it right by me so I tell him what I have to get hauled away (king size frame, mattress and box spring, Queen frame, mattress and box spring and a twin mattress) he comes back with a 600 dollar quote! I told him there is no Flippin way I am paying 600 dollars for you to load this stuff up. I WILL NOT use this place again bunch of con-men.

The people who came were very kind, they explained everything to me in detail and did their work in less than 2 minutes. I think it was extremely expensive that they charged me $238 to take a grill with two wooden doors and a personal mattress.

The guys working did a great job, friendly, hard working , and efficient with time. However, my original contact from your company never told me that there’s an extra charge for every mattress and every box spring. That added $600 to my bill, which was exorbitant , coming in at $4700 including tip and tax. Very unhappy about that

After having a day to think about it, I realize things weren't quite as they seemed. I stand by my earlier review of the two gentlemen. They were very accomodating. But the company's practices, upon reflection, strike me as being deceptive. I asked the person on the phone who scheduled the appointment for some idea of cost. I understand that's difficult, but she should have told me there is a minimum. I would not have made the appointment had I known that. And she could have provided it. The free estimate strikes me as an opportunity for the company to embark on a sales pitch. It ended ok for me, but still, I don't think the process is honest. At the time, because Alex and Joe were so accomodating, I assumed I would call you again. But I don't think I will now because it's not possible to determine if the minimum charge would be increased. In the end, I feel like I was mislead.

They got the living room set out pretty quick, but they broke the handle on my screen door in the process.No big deal, took me 5 minutes to fix it. The crew was very polite, I will use them again.

Very surprised by the cost for such a small pickup. I only had a few items, but the loader charged me for the 1/6 of a load. I think it was overpriced for the service provided. The workers were quick, but I think it cost too much.

TIM and MAC, the drivers were wonderful. Your pricing is very deceptive and I am very unhappy with not being told about the extra charges for a television for a dryer for a tiny microwave oven and for paint I’m waiting on someone to give me a call back I would like an adjustment

I'm frustrated that, for a couch and a chair to be picked up, it cost me $200---and that was down from the $345 they asked for!!! Much too expensive! Was also offended that I had to rate the service I received before they would take my payment. Felt a bit like a hostage in that situation. I'm grateful the company came the same day I called. It is a needed service. And I appreciate that the person that I worked with was polite.

J’ai trouvé ça très cher, ça m’ as couté plus de $500.00, ils m’ont laissé un paquet de truc ici, ils avaient encore de la place pour prendre d’autres chose, les mettre par dessus les bureau, première et dernière fois que j’utilise ce service.
