“Not a well organized company. My window was 8-10, when the dispatcher called she said 9 am. By 10:10 I still hadn’t heard. Also, anything with a plug costs more because the dump charges more? Not accurate. And if you work “ hand in hand “ with goodwill, why wouldn’t working lamps get donated? Too sketchy for me. Won’t use them again.”
“The crew arrived on time and polite but I wasn't pleased with what was charged for so little bit of materials that was moved. I think they are quite pricey”
“The guys where super nice that removed our old refrigerator. The one thing that set me back was $375.00 remove a kitchen refrigerator. I could see $150.00 to remove it.
Also I think you should have dollies and straps for your work. To remove heavy item like refrigerator. They had to use our equipment. Plus I would worry about my employees getting hurt. Next time I may try a local person.
Thank you”
“I would have liked an estimate fore the service as I was a little shocked at the cost. The guys damaged my front door trim and scraped along my new wall paper which I’m more upset with than the trim damage. I will most likely remove my own junk from now on..”
“The guys were great, on time, polite, professional. Not sure we will use you again though. We have had lots of stuff removed by you at our rental properties and residence. We had a good feel for what things cost, but this time it seemed to a lot more than expected.
Thanks”
“My furniture was thrown in a truck that was thrown on top of scraps of wood. The furniture was in good shape and should have been treated better. Price quote was under what I was charged. Unfortunately, I was in need of quick removal or I would have declined the service.”
“Although I left a good review, I'm not sure I wasn't taken advantage of! You don't give an estimate until you get to the home and then your driver doesn't really show you the prices clearly, just swiftly flashes it at you then gets his calculator to give you the price! Don't think I would use Got Junk again!”
“I was told a price. I was told it was a surcharge of 200. 00 and it was by the hour. All the prices were higher. Then they told me to do the survey with them standing there and give them a ten. Then they let me pay. We haggled the price to just take two pieces. I needed more than that.”
