“The gentlemen who picked up my stuff were fantastic. However, the cost was outrageous. I had all my stuff moved out to the garage so I could not send them away. 725.00 to haul away less then a room of furniture. They go by how much of the truck is filled. The truck is pretty small so it does not take much to fill it. Also, the do not stack things in a space saving manner. They also do not tell you there is a 75.00 per man/per hour charge on top to the other price. They were done in under 30 minutes and still got charged 150.00. Wish I had done more research. I could have rented a Uhaul for 50.00. Live and Learn”

“BestWay has been my garbage carrier for 19 years.They refused to pick up an old upright freezer at all and wanted $135 to pick up a pallet, bed frame and 2 wooden doors. 1800GOTJUNK was here within 45 minutes of my call and was happy to take EVERYTHING. I am a 79 year old widow with arthritis everywhere and could not drive a truck to a transfer point and pay $30 after the refrigerant had been drained.”

“The drivers were very courteous and friendly. I received a call with the approximate arrival time. They arrived right when they said they would. They showed me the chart and explain how the cost was determined. They removed the sofa very quickly.”

“Very easy to schedule a time for you to come and pick up my pieces ,price was within my budget and when your employees arrived they were professional and explained the cost before they started . Your employees did a very good job of getting my pieces out and packed in the truck !!”

“Outstanding friendly efficient service at a really good price. Adrien and Ryan were first-rate professionals who achieved what seemed impossible with calm good cheer and confidence. They took extra care to avoid any dinging of walls in narrow passageways and they left things crisp and clean. My initial reaction to the price quoted was that it seemed high, but after watching them take on every aspect of my extensive junk and indeed much more, I consider the price to be certainly reasonable and well worth it.”
