We walked through what needed to be hauled away and went over the pricing. When the truck was loaded, the estimate was spot on. Both employees were professional, courteous and friendly. They didn't charge me an hour labor because of the previously quoted price. Draging the bedframe across the outdoor carpeting tore it. Sliding it across and down step carpeting didn't tear the interior carpeting, though.”
