“Eric & Michael arrived at our home as scheduled. Very polite and possessing a
better thanaveragesense of humor. I say that because Michael saw the view
from our second floor deck which looks out over the intracoastal waterway
approximately 30 yards from our home. I told him that: "this is a 2 million
dollar view. And it's all yours for 1.7 million!!" He busted up. Eric and Michael
