“This was a great experience from start to finish - and we're not finished because I envision at least two more calls for pickups! I booked online. Follow up call from the customer service agent was clear and concise about that they could do. The team on the truck called about 15 minutes ahead of their arrival, which was right at the schduled time. The team were polite and in uniform (!), gave a quick estimate as to cost, and proceeded to remove everything we had indicated. No fuss, just efficient hard work on a very hot day. What we sent this time was junk. But will have them back next to take some unwated furniture to a donation place they work with. Call 1-800-GOT-JUNK. You will be pleased.”
