“I would like to give a shout out to Charlie Kasner and his team, Joe & Forest, for doing an excellent job.
They arrived on time that morning and we met to discuss our game plan before we began cleaning out my parents upstairs.
It was a huge job and Charlie worked steadily and tirelessly for 5 hours filling bags.
He was mindful that there were things I was looking out for of my mothers and he showed different items to me that he thought might be important. I was able to give my consent as to whether to donate, recycle, toss, or to keep these special things.
His professionalism, kindness and humor were greatly appreciated is a situation that was emotional, and before he came, felt overwhelming.
Joe and Forest worked in concert to direct items to the proper place. They were both personable and pleasant to work with as well.
I would recommend Charlie without hesitation and intend to call on him again so we can finish this project.
