“Same day service. Came within an hour of my call since Salvation Army which had been scheduled for a weeek let me down. Reasonable price and a couple of really nice guys came out. Courteous, polote and well mannered. Don't even bother calling Salvation Army. They don't want your donation unless it is new and shows no signs of being used. The bad part is they don't tell uou this uintil they get here. I had two large leather couches that, according to Salvation Army, had cosmetic blemishes. “Good service today is a rare thing but your staff were amazing. From the minute I called to the final removal everything went smoothly. I had a time booked with the original agent who called me back to confirm everything a few hours later, as indicated in my called I received a call 30 minutes before their arrival and everything was done within one hour. The staff were all polite and accommodating to my requests. Their assurance to try to donate or sell the furniture that was all in good condition rather than add them to the landfill also made me feel better about this since none of the local charities were willing to pick up furniture for all the people in need they profess to help.”
