“1- the explanation for how we were going to be chargeed was confusing. They charged for the loading and then added recyling charges for sofa and china cabinet while they were transferred to donation center!!
2-They charged us for two complete load of truck, while the second truck was not completely full.
3- Among the junk items there was a mirror. Apparentely they broke it while carrying to truck. They didn't clean up and left the broken parts on the driveway. Later we saw the shredded glass we had to clean up small pieces of glass after thet left.
4- We were charged almost $2000 for one full truck donated furnitures which based on their own words they were directly transfered to a donation center, and half a truck junk. So either I was over charged or they service is so expensive.”
