Adrian and his colleague were friendly and professional, making sure they didn't take anything they shouldn't. I like it that they don't charge by the hour. (They were at my house for at least an hour.) I called the company a couple of times to ask questions, and while I was on hold, they even played pleasant musak. The customer service reps were very nice and polite, and they were able to answer my questions. I thought the cost was reasonable given all the "junk" they took from my house. The crew did great work, and I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.”
