“The representative incorrectly told me my sofa beds didn’t include the memory foam mattresses and charged me an extra $200. I went back and looked at my screenshots and the listing says it does include the mattress. I’m not happy about the extra charges and requested a refund. Waiting to hear back”

“Was disappointed that I thought I paid total cost of order then a couple of days later I was charge tax and for brackets to attach the couch if I would have known about extra costs I t would have made a diffence in ordering all other places with the product charge tax upfront so I ordered this one that didn't”

“Before I purchased the a living room set. It says that this product would be delivered in 2 to 3 days of the purchase date. After I purchased the items it would now be over 30 days before they even shipped them out. And that was something that I needed within a week. That was entrapment, not cool.”
