“Customer service was pleasant. However, the website did not state the item that I purchased would be on back order and not available in my state. So now I’m stuck with a transfer fee. And I also had to purchase the bed frame.”

“I like the price I paid but did not like the outcome because I brought the items for the beds for my grandchildren but it did not include everything for the beds and had to pay an additional amount, they called and than said I need box springs for an additional $400 or more dollars, this was unacceptable”

“Haven't got my furniture delivery yet. Can't review about the furniture, shipping nor delivery process. I have been in touch with customer service several times, both by email and telephone. Emails are slow for replies although good supportive response when they do. Calls are handled professionally and friendly. Be aware of the ship date that shows on the item's webpage when purchasing furniture. It is seriously misleading. I suggest calling for better accuracy. Prices are good and having a coupon code option is great. Purchase through "rakuten" or "paypal deals" for even more savings. I recommend.”

“I absolutely love what I got, however I ordered a bed headboard/footboard/slats too. I didn’t receive my headboard. Emailed the company said they were sending it to claims and haven’t heard back. I’ve already waited 3 weeks for my order so it’s a little frustrating when what I did get wasn’t my complete order.”

“* Revised: Quick and accommodating service. Charlie realized I needed an additional platform, so I appreciate that! Due to schedule issues on my end, he also arranged to release my furniture on the 24th so it would be delivered at the right time! Super personable and helpful! This was five stars until I received FedEx notices tonight that everything is being delivered tomorrow between 11 and 2, instead of after the 24th when I will have recovered from my broken ankle surgery! Charlie, what happened?”

“Well it took 2 months to get my couch. When it was delivered finally, it was by a logistics company I had never heard of and I ignored their calls and texts on accident. Wish I had been notified of that company better. Other than that, I'm super happy with the couch and it was a great deal.”

“I have one huge problem! If you are not going to ship out products when your web site claims, then you will have more customers as frustrated as I !!! It said it would leave January 28th. I didn't ship for 4 weeks!!!! 4 weeks!!!!! If it weren't for me FABULOUS salesman JOE it still would probably be sitting there waiting to ship!! Customer service and shipping WERE WORTHLESS helping me too!!!! JOE, JOE, JOE went WWAAAYYY above and beyond to find the desk and get it shipped!!!! Not it's in transit and is supposed to be here by the 8th. Fingers crossed or Joe will be getting another call! you guys need to fix that warehouse/shipping department cause they BAD!!!”
