Worst service and quality of furniture I have ever had to deal with. Dresser came broken, they refused to replace with a new one they only offered to repair it which I am not ok with due to the fact that I paid full price for something that should've not came broken. No discount or money back offered either. They do not communicate with their delivery or repair staff at all as there was multiple confusions with when they were coming. They say one thing and the movers come another day and time. Unreal, I have never delt with such stupidity in my life. I will never give them another dollar or EVER RECOMMEND them to anyone. Now, almost 3 weeks later ..I am still waiting on them to come repair the dresser. The movers left the dresser in my living room because they said they would send a replacement which they refused then I had to wait for the movers to come back to take the dresser upstairs as I had paid for that service initially. Overall, do not buy from this horrible company unless you want to get ripped off

Love the couch but it arrived damaged with defective areas and claims team is a nightmare to work with. They are making me wait a month for a technician to come and try to “fix” the damaged couch when there is no way it can be repaired. They should have immediately replaced this damaged $3500 sectional. I will NEVER buy from 1stop in the future. Really bad experience

I was sent to damaged dressers and it took almost a year for them to properly get repaired I took about 100 phone calls the repair department whatever board they suck absolute joke and a half worst company ever truly you guys suck so bad I spoke with someone employees wasn’t even funny damaged goods I just love it the guy said I had 24 hours to unpack the boxes I’m a 57 year old I can’t unpack dressers that like that I’m not that strong freaking stupid idiots

SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE, NOT 1STOP!!! I placed my order and paid for it back in March 2023. A portion of my order (The headboard & bed) came in six months later. The remainder of my order just got sent out for delivery over a month ago. The delivery team delivered my bed, and it was dirty and stained. They said they could send someone out to clean the upholstered bed when the people came to clean the bed they said they couldn’t get the stain out without ruining my rugs. I tried several times to coordinate delivery with the local shipper and NSD and they kept giving me delivery times that I did not ask for or did not work with my schedule as I’m always traveling! I gave them the dates that I would be home, and they just decided to deliver to place delivery dates whenever they wanted to! Finally, they dropped thousands of dollars of furniture on my front porch when I paid for room of choice delivery! Keep in mind, I’m a lady that weighs 120 pounds, so there’s no way I could get any of this furniture into my home, which is why I paid extra. The local delivery teams phone number did not work, and every time I tried to call them to rectify the situation I could not get through. When I called NSD, they could not even get through to the local delivery team. I’ve called and called several times, plus sent emails and could not get a resolution to this issue. I called NSD and one stop who claimed that they sent emails to the local delivery team with the desired delivery dates and no one ever replied to me with any type of resolution or confirmation. Finally, I just gave up & wanted a refund because I’ve waited too long for my furniture, and they did not deliver in a timely manner, and did not deliver what I paid for. Then, one stop, says that I would have to pay a restocking fee to get a refund, even though I never signed or accepted delivery of any of the items in my order that they just left on my porch for porch pirates to steal! I would never, never, never use 1Stop ever again! This was an overall terrible experience.

Ship by date is not accurate. Tried to cancel and person was rude also told me that 3-4 weeks was standard and that I would be charged 15% .I eventually kept the order but 3 weeks later it was so delayed that I was given the option to cancel for free.Do yourself a favor and purchase from someone else.

Terrible customer service. Very rude and hung up on me when I called to inquire about the delivery that did not arrive when scheduled. They also lied and said an item was delivered when it was not. Very unhappy. I will leave reviews on every site possible because the way you treat customers is a disgrace.

Worst delivery ever!!! Said my couch would be delivered in 3-5 days, it took a month!! No one had any answers as to where my delivery was. Custom service people are very rude and do absolutely nothing to help! I will NEVER order from here again and I will not be referring them to anyone.

Company offerings free shipping but got charged $50 for shipping don’t know why No response from customer service.first and last purchase from 1 and last stop bedroom.good luck

Wish I could give less than one star. After almost two months my furniture showed up broken, and they conned me into buying a mattress foundation I don't need. Do not recommend. Find another place to get your furniture.

Delivery date was given as 3rd week of August and now it’s pushed back to September 4th for purchase made in July. Beginning to wonder if I’ll ever see my couch.

I am being double charged for a one king bedframe and now being forced to pay two loans through affirm deducting money automatically from my bank plus interest and dragging their time to fix this matter what a horrible experience

No customer service on April 23. Shortly after that they sent message saying due to Covid etc. etc. there would be delay in shipping but they'd have the order shipped out by June 16th did I want a refund or to wait. Since it would only be a couple of weeks I said I would wait. June 16th came and went - no delivery no contact from, store finally today june 27, I checked my order on their website and it said "due to be sent october 27". WTF? Do not use these people!

I was charged $86 twice for a none scratch treament on the furniture piece I orderd, I was promised a delivery date that was changed twice because they did not have a truck driver to deliver to my city.. This has been a very disappointing experience

I am having nothing but trouble with your firm. I have now spoken with 3 people and none is taking the responsibility to let me know where my sofa is. I asked to speak with the "manager"; I was told that you do not transfer calls I asked then to speak with Raymond and the lady I was speaking with hung up on me. What is going on? Where is my sofa? Crooks Horrible company and customer service, no accurate answers, every time I call they give a different answer until I started to confront them, they started to give the true answers They will tell you it will be delivered in 2 weeks max but did not get it until about 6 weeks after that Would never buy from them again Also, their policy is to price match the price difference within a month after the time you buy, this is a lie

I would love to review your product , but at this time I cannot as we’ve yet to receive them. Oh ,, can you please inform me of my delivery . The day I pay for the 2 chest of 5 drawers . I was given an estimated delivery time of between April 30 and May 5 however, I have not even heard anything about it being delayed and yet you took the money right away . Funny at the bottom of the screen you ask if the delivery was on time yet I have yet to receive it. Please tell me where my chest of drawers are.
