“I wish I could give them negative stars! BEWARE they are BiG SCAM, I ordered furniture from them and the charged my card the same day I ordered NOT upon Delivery!!! They scheduled the delivery for 3 weeks out then the delivery guys come and have the most unprofessional behavior, they don’t even attempt to unpack and unload from the truck and say it’s not going to fit thru the doors. I gave them plenty of options like garage door etc but he refused to listen and stormed out with all the furniture. I paid the full amount for their “white glove” service + the furniture however did not receive any delivery. I called the customer service and over a week I have been hearing it is an expedite request, but no action. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said oh you have to wait for 72 hours! I asked to cancel my order they threaten me with cancellation fees and penalties. This is a true example of stealing money from people! They are very fast at charging $$$ you but when it comes to provide products and services- they have nothing to offer, they STALL! There is nothing close to customer service in this company! They are taking people’s money for nothing!”

“They have been giving me the run around for a couple of weeks now. I can’t get a direct answer of when I should expect my order. Every time I call it’s a different answer. Very frustrating.”

“They say they have plenty of pcs in stock and will ship in 2 weeks after 2 weeks undated the ETA to ship in another 3 weeks which technically 5 weeks after I placed order. I understand their are supply chain issues as I work in the business but giving wrong information to sell products is not the right way to do business.”

“I purchased several thousand dollars worth of furniture from 1StopBedrooms.com over 72 days ago and they have delivered nothing but excuses ever since. Every time I call or email them about the order they blame the delayed or lost delivery on their carrier and tell me they have expedited it with them. Their logistics problems are not my problem I paid in full for the furniture and if the order is lost or misplaced I feel they should have sent a new order to me under expedited delivery with a different carrier or fully refunded my money so I can shop someplace else. They refuse to do either! I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income and several thousand dollars is more than I can stand to lose. I feel 1StopBedrooms.com has misrepresented themselves and basically, they have stolen my money! I would not recommend doing any kind of business with them unless you want problems.”

“I thought the order was fine, then I got a confirmation text and called the number. It was their way of talking me into buying the warranty and clips to put the couch together. They charged me for that plus the price of the couch again. Double charged over $3,000 for a 1,200 couch.”

“Do not use this company! They lie about the shipping times! Apparently I won’t have my order until well into March! I ordered it on January 9, 2023. If I would have ordered from different company it would’ve been here January 25th.”
